About the Role

Join our Finance team as a Property Accounting Administrator, where you'll manage financial transactions and reporting for our property portfolio. This role requires strong accounting skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process rent payments and maintain rent rolls
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records
  • Generate monthly financial reports for property owners
  • Track property expenses and budgets
  • Support year-end financial reporting and audits

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in property accounting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Yardi, etc.)
  • Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Eligible to work in Canada
