About the Role

As a Maintenance Operations Coordinator, you'll oversee maintenance activities across our property portfolio, ensuring timely and quality service delivery. This role requires strong coordination skills and knowledge of building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch maintenance technicians and contractors
  • Track work orders and ensure timely completion
  • Maintain vendor relationships and manage service agreements
  • Coordinate emergency repairs and after-hours maintenance
  • Monitor maintenance budgets and expenses
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in facilities or maintenance coordination
  • Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent vendor management abilities
  • Proficiency in work order management systems
  • Eligible to work in Canada
