Job Description

About the Role

We're seeking an LTB Process Administrator to manage all Landlord and Tenant Board applications and hearings. This role requires detailed knowledge of LTB processes and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file LTB applications (N4, N5, L1, L2, etc.)
  • Coordinate hearing schedules and documentation
  • Maintain comprehensive LTB case files
  • Support property managers with LTB-related inquiries
  • Track application statuses and outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with LTB rules and procedures

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of Ontario LTB processes and forms
  • 1-2 years experience with LTB applications preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • Eligible to work in Canada
