About the Role

As a Client Services Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for property owners and prospective clients. Your role is essential in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide information about property management services
  • Process new client onboarding and documentation
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM system
  • Support account managers with client communications
  • Generate reports and performance updates for clients

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in customer service or client relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset
  • Eligible to work in Canada
